ADULT WELL-BEING

On Mondays we facilitate a group for adults who may benefit from spending time outdoors in a nurturing environment. We offer a range of activities alongside horticulture, including Nature connection, natural crafts, campfire cooking and mindfulness practices.

Places are free for people struggling with loneliness, mental ill health, in recovery from drug and alcohol use, as well as people who are homeless, or refugees.
